This form is to be completed monthly. This form evaluates your ministries strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats/potential problems (SWOT). Completing this form allows the elders to have a positive pulse on what’s happening in your specific ministry area and gives you the opportunity to share any concerns you may be experiencing. You will receive monthly reminders.

COMMUNICATION BRIEF – Due per event.
This form is to be completed for every event you may be hosting – each event should have its own communication brief submission. This form is for when you wish to hold meetings, host events, communicate ideas you wish to run by the elders, etc. Completing this form is essential to ensuring all events satisfy the purpose, mission, and vision of Karis Community Church; verify there are no competing events or facility use; and, promotion – including placing your event to the church calendar.
